Friendly check in, comfortable beds, and great choices with their complimentary breakfast. Pool area was closed for the first day of our stay, but we were able to enjoy it the second night. If you can avoid it, try not to get a room on the first floor by the side entrance door. I heard it open and close all night long. As far as the shower is concerned, water pressure was low. It would be nice to have a channel line up guide. I loved the lighted bathroom mirror.
Easily 5 stars, our 2 queen room was completely remodeled, carpet & tile, beautiful bathroom, unbelievably comfy bed & pillows. Coffee maker in room along with a refrigerator & microwave. And....WARM breakfast , served up safely & individualized. You gave the server your choice, she served it up on a covered plate, you could take it to your room or eat in the dining room. We had early breakfast, so we chose to eat in the dining room, as only one other person in room. This hotel is IMMACULATE, & very Covid safe!!!
I was very happy with service and Manager especially. I was traveling and had tools in back of my truck. They were chained down but manager told me I could park under awning and upgraded me to a suite that overlooked my truck. Great service there in my mind. Thanks again!
My only complaint with this place was the fact that there was hair in the pool not a couple strands but a lot this may not be their fault as the filters may have not caught it yet. It's a very beautiful hotel it is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The staff is very nice and the beds are super comfortable I will say the bed was so high off the ground ,me being five nine I had to literally jump on the bed to get in.
Th front desk clerk was very kind and patient. Breakfast was awesome!!! Yes, they serve breakfast! Rooms were soooo clean and very spacious. My husband and I along with our 5 kids stayed in a King because this is all we could find on Labor Day weekend and it was perfect and not crowded one bit. Our 3 little ones slept on the huge king size bed and there was still room to spare! Awesome stay!
