DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.nWe met with their sells rep. Mr. M. Grimes on replacing and repairing our roof. We had hired this company based on their reviews. They came out and did the work. While doing the work there were damaged boards on the roof and patio area. No plywood was replaced and only one board was replaced on the patio area. I noticed that the board was not the same and was told by the lead contractor that it wasn’t correct and he told me that it was going to be ok with no problems. It leaked in that area. Within 50 days we had our first light rain. The roof leaked in different areas. I had called Mr Grimes and left a voice mail and he texted me asking me what was going on. I told him that the roof was leaking and needed to get together. NEVER heard from him again. I called the main number and talked to a lady in the office who had scheduled the guys to come by. They never showed up or called. I ended up calling Mr Grimes again he said they would there the next day. NEVER heard from them again. So I called the office again and talked to the same lady again and asked to speak with the owner and CEO Galvin Weathersby who also could not call me back to see what was going on. In my opinion they will take your money but NOT stand by their work. We ended up having to call another contractor to come fix the leaks and pay more money out of pocket. BUT STILL have the same boards.
