I had the most amazing time working with Charles Nelson. His knowledge and expertise of the claims process is unbelievable. He always answers his phone and always does what he says he’s going to do. The whole claims process made sense after we sat down and talked about it. My roof looks unbelievable and it was done on time as he said it would be. I cannot tell you enough how much I would recommend Aubrey Ryan Construction for all of your roofing, gutters, siding, interior, or any other contracting/insurance claims. During the home inspection part of selling our home, the inspector was concerned about possible roof damage so Charles with Aubrey Ryan was called out for a professional opinion. Charles was able to confirm that there was absolutely no damage to the roof at all. He did spot a few exposed nail heads that needed to be sealed. We were in a crunch trying to get everything wrapped up for a quick move out and thankfully Charles was able to get back to us quickly to have those nails taken care of quickly, efficiently and for a great price.nThroughout the process, Charles stayed in contact with me via texts messages.
We contacted Aubrey Ryan Roofing after the severe weather storm.We had noticed shingles coming off and many not secure on roof.Charles Nelson came out the same day I called.He did a thorough inspection ( and took pictures of the damage for us to see).We contacted our insurance company. The insurance company sent out an adjuster and Charles met them here to show them what he had found.Charles was spot on with his assessment and we got a new roof.He sat down with us to explain their products ( samples etc.)..and what to expect from their service and quality.All I can say is my husband and I would highly recommend Aubrey Ryan Roofing. We have neighbors who now have called them for their roofs.I also have people driving by, stop and ask who did our roof!...Best roofing experience we have ever had!!

Charles is incredibly helpful when it comes to difficult insurance companies, and takes his time explaining all details to the client so they feel comfortable with the process.
