I absolutely was disappointed in this hotel. Very nasty & definitely needs an upgrade. Shocked that they are affiliated with Wyndham hotels. Never again. The whole room was disgusting, holes in the blankets, stains on the sheets. Smh! Gotta do better!
card was charged like 3 different times so had to deal with that. But they claim to a full breakfast a d have coffee in the rooms. came to my room to find no coffee and right after booking and paying for my room I find out there is no breakfast either. Not even a piece of fruit....
it's showing it's age it needs to be cleaned and updated staff was really polite. I like the covering to make it seem like ur indoors. But Wyndham needs to modernize or close this place it gives the company a bad rap
Horrible. Heater didn't. Work. No hot water in shower. No hair dryer. Ice machine e out of order. Refrigerator made loud noise all nite. Hotel was 15 minutes from any food service. So food was cold when got back to room. Worse whyndam motel I have stayed at. Indeed to dispute my room payment when I get home. Only good point was the night person who registered .me . She was very nice and helpful in directing to food service.
Staff is very nice, rooms are big , bed & pillows was comfortable.
