It's great for the price 40 dollars a night has a kitchenette and it was clean just wish the staff was a little friendlier
Very poor experience!! I didn’t even end up staying. Booked through Expedia and it said check in began at 3pm and ended at “anytime.” I was traveling a long 16.5 hours to get there on only 3.5 hours of sleep the night before and very ready for some rest. I arrived at 12:26am, and the lobby doors were locked. Lights were on so I knocked.. nobody came. So I knocked louder... nobody came. So I called their phone number... nobody answered... knocked on the window directly in front of the front desk... no use. I don’t know if the staff just wasn’t there or was passed out in the back room but it was completely unacceptable and I won’t be returning.
It's a nice hotel the rooms are very big the only thing is there's people that hang around outside not a good thing
Didn't get to try the hotel because they cancelled my reservation. Apparently if you don't answer the phone and don't check in before 1800 they will cancel your reservation. I was on a plane so it was a little hard to answer the phone. Terrible place. Stay away.
Very very badddd..front desk Jasmine was so rude.i dont know how she works there.she doesnt know nothing and tried to bully me..she didn't even have a mask.I changed my room 3 times .1 Heater didn't work,second no hot water.i cancelled the rest of my reservation after staying there 1 night didn't feel safe
