After looking for hotels that had electricity and water, this hidden gem had the ticket, during the Texas winter storm. Amazing staff. My card somehow got deactivated, housekeeping came over, and tried to open the door, and offered to take my key downstairs to get it reactivated. When I would come back to the property I was asked if everything was good or if I needed anything. The GM was able to accommodate my last minute needs, each and very time.
I can't tell you what a lifesaver this place was during all this snow and ice here in the Midland/Odessa area. The rooms were clean, the staff was super sweet, and I could not have asked for a better place to be. No matter how busy or panicked the staff or customers were, everyone was professional, kind, and courteous. Ryan, Shannon, Mada, Sandra, and Marisa made our stay not only comfortable but made us all feel like part of the family. I Will be staying here again, and Wyndham will get all my travel business from now on.
Great and convenient location. Sarah at the front desk was very nice and helpful and such a pleasure to talk to. Rooms very clean and updated. Highly recommend!!
The front desk manager was super accommodating and helpful during my stay. She is the best example of the great staff at this LQ and really goes above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.
