Hotel is alittle old. My room was clean. Service was excellent. Asked for a microwave and as soon as I got to my room five minutes later they brought one for me. Liz is great. For the money it is a great deal. The prepacked breakfast sandwiches were delicious too!
The DoubleTree has been my go to place for years in Midland. My last visit was less than ideal. No housekeeping, and no valet parking. Room was clean, but I'm beginning to wonder if the Covid is being used as a crutch to reduce services and operating overhead
horrible front desk personnel! rude ! definitely not worth the price. won’t be staying again that’s for sure
The bar, restaurant and business center was very good. The rooms were wore out and in need of serious freshening up! Carpet to the curtains walls to the ceiling was just tired
Worst job interview I have ever had. The gm had no mask on during the interview. She got up 3 times to answer her personal phone without even an “excuse me”. Telling me that she furloughed a lot of essential workers due to low occupancy not to covid itself.most unprofessional interview ever. If this is how they treat prospective hirings I wonder how they treat staff/ clients.
