I wish I could remember the guy who checked me in & out. Really nice guy, I would love to meet more people like this guy. The rooms here are decent but my shower head not good, water pressure was bad, I would come back here

Upon arrival they could not find our reservation, front desk personnel was very rude and not customer service friendly. Our room was dirty and had stains that had been left behind from a previous stay. We ask for our money back because we did not want to stay . Front desk refunded our money and stated that nothing was going to be taken out of our card but they ended up taking $75 anyways. We are now in a dispute over the transaction they all of a sudden know nothing about.

A very wonderful place to bring the kids excellent swimming pool courteous staff rooms are very clean I will be back I give it five thumbs up

The front desk is so helpful and polite. Very clean. And the ombiance by the pool is on point.
