Horrible pharmacy. Imcompetent staff. Clueless pharmacist. No one ever knows anything. Just an overall waste of time.

would give a zero when my doctor calls in or send prescriptions to this location they are the slowest and tell me i can not get them or out of stock which they lie about your store on hillside and coulter will be getting most of my businessnthey get everything done fast and don’t question why my doctor Prescribed medication to me your store on 34th and Western ask me why I need these which is on unethical you should have your staff at Hillside and Coulter Train your staff at 34th and Western so maybe he will have a less bad Reviews at this location maybe you should look at the reviews and that will tell you how great of employees you have at that location maybe It’s time do you look for other employees they can do their job properly

I had to change to CVS because of my Rx plan getting bought out. I have had nothing but inept, and antagonistic customer pharmacy service. Their website changes daily sometimes about prescription information, quantity, price and whether filled or not and number of refills. My Rx was written for 120 quantity by my Doctor. When I go to pick it up, suddenly, they say they only have 75. When I go in to get the other remaining 45 they say I need a new prescription, even though the original prescription plainly says 3 refills, and won't fill it. The manager screamed and argued with both my wife and I that we did not know what we were talking about. I will not use CVS after I find a comparably priced and customer oriented pharmacy. I have to deal with the CVS on Western regularly and they are horrible! The pharmacy takes forever to answer the phone and when they do, it's as if I am wasting their time. The line for pick up is always long and very slow. Then again, once at the window they act as if they hate you and their job.

They haft to be the laziest people in the pharmacy that i have ever seen. Dr. Sends in a script at 9:30 am dont expect it filled until later that afternoon MAYBE!!!
