It was super clean and amazing customer service the young lady at the front desk was so nice to help us
Rooms are clean and nice as one would expect but the following day I got back to a room that was not cleaned. Same dirty towels were still there from the day before
Had hot water issues a couple times. The laundry is free which is nice, but the dryer isn't in great drying condition. The rooms are big and beds are comfy.
As an IHG member I am very disappointed in this hotel. Disgusting rooms, was put in a room that made me gag from all the smoke smell..then moved to a room with urine on the bed and what seemed to look like feces on the wall.nnVery sweet front desk staff.
Clean. As expected. Good customer services on May 25 at 7 pm. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember the young lady’s name. Good night sleep after on the road for 900 miles. Only complaint was reservation line said there would be “grab and go” available for breakfast. It was not offered or available when requested.
