Very well cleaned and maintained. The staff was also the nicest group of people I have ever met. They were polite and never complained about my questions. This was the first time I had driven to Pecos. They were kind enough to give me tips on the safest way for me to drive back home.if I ever have to travel back out to Pecos, I will definitely stay here again.
Great place. Nice and clean and sanitized. Front desk lady at night very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends.
This hotel was awful - save your money and go to a different hotel.nnWe got there and the elevator was broken, which normally would not be a problem at all except we were on a cross-country road trip and had more stuff than just overnight bags to carry to our room. The front desk person booked us in a room on the first floor, which was a lower price room than the suite we booked, but she would not give us any money back that we paid for the higher price room.nnThe room she booked us in was in serious disrepair. The towel hooks were falling out of the walls, the chair was broken, there was water damage that hadn't been repaired, and the sink wouldn't drain.nnI asked to speak to a manager the next morning but the front desk lady said she was in a meeting but she would have her call me (she did not call). I checked in again before we left, and she said the manager went to run errands (yeah, right) but that she would make sure to have her call me. She still never called.nnThe hotel is in bad shape and the customer service here is terrible - go somewhere else.
Very nice place, my Son got married and got them one of the suites there in Pecos, Texas and it was so nice and very reasonable too! No pets allowed though!
