Very rude owner. We went to trade in a bike for my daughter because hers got stolen and this one was way too big for her. It was a nice $600-$700 bike barely used. My husband started to tell him how our daughters bike got stolen and he immediately just says I don’t want it. Didn’t even care at all, and that’s fine if he didn’t want it but he didn’t have to be rude and heartless in front of our daughter. My husband asked if he could do a trade because our daughter found a bike she liked in there. He said I’ll give you $75 off that bike and it’s $500 (for a kids bike!!) He was so rude, overpriced the kids bike and only cared about his buddies up there who were about to go on a ride on their bikes. We ended up finding a nicer kids bike at academy for $100. Don’t recommend this place at all!

Went to this bike shop looking for a new bike for myself. We were greeted when we entered but that was it. I knew what I wanted and when I asked if they had this particular bike, I was told no and that those bikes were on backorder. The long haired guy basically told me to order it myself online. Okay! Cool! After reading these reviews I will go to the bike shop I found in Lubbock after the experience we had here to have any services done. Peyton's doesn't mean what it use to in this area.

Kudos to Skyler on staff at Peyton’s Bikes, he always takes great care of me and my bikes. Much obliged Amigo.nnAt Peyton’s, loyalty goes a long way with them and with me, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service is quick and well priced. I’ve been a customer for well over a decade, bought ever bike I own there, and always been happy. Stoked we have a good bicycle shop in Midland, Texas. Thank you Jason Haislip.

Payton's is my favorite LBS! I busted a suspension link on my 2013 Giant the weekend before a vacation to Georgia where i planned on checking out some of the local trails. As soon as I brought the bike to the shop to see what could be done, Jason immediately opened a warranty claim on the broken bike and when he heard that I was planning on going out of town, he offered to let me take a demo bike similar to mine to Georgia! That's the exceptional service and support that you can expect from Payton's!nnUpdate: Jason was able to get Giant to warranty the repair 100% and get my bike back to me good as new! This is why I will always get my bikes from Payton's and have them to all repairs that I can't do myself.

Peyton's is great. Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about anything and everything to do with bikes. They are also helpful in finding places to ride and any bike related events going on in the area. I highly recommend Peyton's.
