The rooms were beautiful and the whole hotel was super nice!! Very nice staff, there's a breakfast in the morning but no hot breakfast. The ac blew super cold and it was probably the most quiet hotel I've stayed at. B
Staff was not helpful and very rude. Young girl who works the counter after school isn’t very knowledgeable. Left wireless charging station in the room we called same day of check out was told it was at the front desk went back the following day to get it and was told I never called she looked through her cell phone to verify and said nope you never called me you will have to Come back tomorrow and talk to my manager but we’ve cleaned that room and there is nothing in it. Christy was in and out of guest rooms all hours of the night and early morning hours. Guess if your looking for a good time this is your place. Will definitely not book here again and will make the drive to and from Decatur next time.Room was clean that was about the only plus side.
Believe me the 1 star is being nice. I had a reservation I even called to confirm it and I allowed them to know I would be late coming in. Which they replied come on. When I got there they sold my room and said I did not have a room. I spoke with one of the most rudest horrible people you could ever speak with Erika who continued to lie and make up sorties as to why they couldn't put us in a room is. I would not recommend anyone stay here. It was a horrible experience.
very clean nice hotel lady at front desk was very kind and helpful. Very quiet place to stay definitely will be back soon.
This La Quinta is not accommodating at all. They change their rates on a whim. We were frequent customers but the service we received tonight caused us to never stay here ever again. The young lady at the front desk is very rude. They advertise free breakfast but it’s oj in a brown paper bag. Customer service is terrible, beds are super uncomfortable. Not a good choice
