This area is a literal rip off of Heritage Oaks at Pearson Place don't buy here the schools are mediocre.I gave it two stars because its cheaper than heritage oaks since their its at 900,000 here at 600,000 but its worth the price at heritage oaks

Go t0 Pearson place at heritage oaks, its better school wise and by location.They offer the same houses though two stars because the Ambassador here is at 540 while at Pearson its 900 also the schools here are not as good as heritage oaks
