Booked a weekend stay the weekend of March 19th, checked in that evening the room i was given access to already had guests in it, luckily there was no physical confrontation when I entered the room. I went downstairs and explained the situation and the front desk clerk explained the hotel was completely booked and there was nothing he could do and to calls hotels.com and get a refund. I called hotels.com the next day and was told that they would speak to the hotel and call me back in 2 days. I have yet to receive a refund for the room I never even received. Book somewhere else.
They are amazing! They were a big help in the winter storm, lights and running water. They even allowed my dog to stay when they don't normally do. They were a blessing!
On a move from Pennsylvania to Texas and found this on Priceline. There is a lot of nearby places to eat, buy provisions for your stay. Very nice room and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly, would highly recommend. Thx for a great stay!
Our room was clean, the front desk was unprofessional. The guy at the front desk pants were falling as he walked. The next morning my son and I went to get breakfast and a woman at the front desk with very short blonde hair asked if my name was Diana and was rude telling us there was no breakfast. Other than that our rm was clean and it was a good night's rest for my family. We loved the full kitchen.
Very nice room. Much better than some we've stayed in at twice the price. Joshua was very helpful at check in and getting us situated.
