I mean this literally a 5 star hotel. You get an amazing front desk, and buffet. Amazing walk in shower, in the bedroom you get 2 queen beds with a separate living room area. And an amazing view!! I love this place. I stayed here for a night for my volleyball tournament, and i did not want to get out of bed !!!!! AMAZING

The room and accessibility were excellent. Upon entering I was graciously greeted by one of the staff. He got me checked into my room, promptly, and was VERY nice. The only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars was a comment made by the other staff member at the desk. After working a full shift that morning, and driving 3 hours to arrive in Cedar Park, I’m sure my eyes appeared sleepy/strained (as they are the only thing visible due to me wearing my mask). She went out of her way to obnoxiously comment about how I appeared ‘high’. I say obnoxiously because I was already down the hall and I heard her. If she felt the need to be judgmental, she could have been quiet. I won’t be returning due to how uncomfortable she made me feel, but I definitely enjoyed the room.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Cedar Park hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and had high attention to detail. Specifically want to thank Gian Sanagustin for all his assistance (from breakfast to after hour drinks to check-in/check-out) He made the stay pleasant and we looked forward to seeing him coming in and out of the hotel. The hotel was clean and the chicken wings were some of the best we've ever had! Highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay was great. Check in was a breeze with very informative information on how they are sanitizing and they are just a call away if we need anything in our room. Our room was nice and spotless with super comfortable beds. We were greeted everytime we returned from our outings. Check out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

BED BUGS!! My husband and I stayed one night only to be awakened by bed bugs 3:00 am. We called front desk and left immediately. Place looks nice and the room looked clean but bed bugs are a definite deal breaker. Sorry for the bad review but I feel I should warn others. The night employee was nice but I’m upset the manager never called me to apologize. I had to call the Hotel the next to get my money back thee we next day. On top of that they still charged me $15 for the overpriced Desani water bottle and soda.
