The food is always hot and fresh. They do their best to accommodate changes. The tea is Jasmine and always tastes delicious. (That is a testament to their cleanliness.)nnGiven that I practically grew up in my family's Chinese restaurants or laundromat in NYC, what I'm about to say is high praise. This is the best American Chinese fast food restaurant that I've found outside of a well established and aged Chinatown. When they first opened I'll be honest in that I didn't have high hopes for good, fast American Chinese food in a restaurant where no one looked anything like me. I was wrong and order from here every chance I get.nnWoks It 2 U, you made me confront my own biases and I thank you for that.
Man...our order was late on delivery on a busy, busy Saturday, we were missing a cola but you know what? Customer service was awesome all the way around, and the management is completely top notch. I waited tables for 8 years and would work for that guy in a heartbeat.nnFood is super tasty! Definitely has become our number 1 chinese food place. We got our food hot, and fresh right at our door.nnCannot compliment them enough and how they handled our situation.nnThanks guys! You work so hard!
I’ve been here several times. They never disappoint. Haven’t had a dish that wasn’t absolutely delicious. The owner is so hospitable and always gives me the best service. Whether it’s a drink for my daughter or some wontons while we wait...made this pregnant mama happy. Little did he know I was so hungry. He is always thinking of his customers. I will forever give him our business.
I’ve eaten here at least 10 times in the last 2 months, and have always had a 5-star experience no matter what, this level of consistency is insanely awesome. This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant in all of Austin. The food and meat is always extremely high quality, every dish tastes amazing, and the portions are always huge. Not to mention the staff are super nice and always get you your food on time. Highly recommend making this your go-to spot in Austin/Leander.
This place is great!! First time coming here. Came at dinner time, they were super fast with our meals, made sure we had everything we needed and the staff was awesome! The manager was very attentive and super hospitable! Would definitely come again!
