Staff was Very Accommodating, especially during the Storm. Very Pleasant to EVERYONE who walked in or by the Desk. Went above and beyond to help EVERYONE who needed assistance. So a EXTREMELY HIGH FIVE To Kim ( Manager ) Andrea ( So Sweet, I miss her ) and Terry ( Night Desk Clerk )... If I ever get Back to Texas, ( no storm ) this will be the ONLY Place I will Stay at... Houston Texas Location of Course... Thank You to the ENTIRE STAFF For going ABOVE AND BEYOND & NEVER Showing their Stress Level in the Whole Storm.. VERY PROFESSIONAL... Debbie Plante ...Troy, NY

Very nice & new place. Love the location . Only thing is I'm working the wee hours of the night & it's noisy during the day.

Rooms were clean and we slept real comfortable, I forgot to ask for the night supervisor name but she was very nice and helpful, I would definitely stay here again

Heads up to future guess and comment/ complaint for owner/management. The hotel is very new and the front desk staff is very polite. However your cleaning crew does not clean the rooms or towles good or even well at all. I checked into a room that had been somewhat wiped down, but not mopped or vacumed and the towles had body hair on them. There were crumbs all over the place, stains on the doors and walls and several used contacts all over the floor. I spent 45 minutes cleaning a new check-in room. They don't tell you this at check-in but they only clean the rooms every 4 days of your stay and you have to ask to get it cleaned before then and even at that time or they will never come. 5 Days later I asked for a room clean, the ladies come clean the rooms on my end then skipped my room. I had to ask them to come back. Then I left because you can't be in the room while they clean. I come back to a room that once again had not been vacumed, or mopped. I had dropped a container and had a large visible spot that needed vaccuming. They left someone else's shaving cream in my bathroom and hair was a over the floor. When I asked them to come vaccume the room one of the pair that cleans was having a friendly conversation with another guest grabs the vaccume and keeps talking. Again I'm waiting in the hall because you can't be in there while they clean. She then goes in the guests room WITH the vacumed and close the door to finish her conversation. Comes out several minutes later to open and close the door across the hall from me tells me one minute and goes back in the guest room and closes the door (I had my door propped open for them while I waited fror their return). So I asked the other lady who is actually cleaning another room she comes to see what I'm speaking of and when she gets to her partner IN the other guest room she opens the door and she goes in and closes it . No cleaning just talking. When I walked past their cart to throw away what they left behind, the door fly's open and the second lady comes and vacumes. They were literally just waiting and watching the peephole to see if I would walk by. I guess because that ment a complaint to the front desk. They vacumed the rooms around me so I'm not too sure why my room got left out but the unprofessionalism was uncalled for. These actions can't be blamed on COVID or a winter storm. I spent another 20 minutes cleaning the dirt they brought to the bathroom floor. DO BETTER!

New but the inside paint and lighting look like a 10 year old motel.
