Everyone here is so kind and caring. The hotel staff is amazing and are quick to make sure your room is kept clean. Managers are very polite. Front desk are always quick to answer questions and ask if there's anything else we need.
Stayed a night here due to vehicle issues. It was super late at night and the lady at the front desk was so sweet and reserved us a room quickly. The room and everything in it was very clean. The breakfast was great too!
Good customer service from the front desk to the room!nnComfortable stay and everything you'd expect with a Fairfield!nnOnly thing is the indoor pool was chilly! We were here in January and looked specifically for an indoor pool for the little ones. They swam but all of us were pretty cold!!nnLocation is nice, right off the hwy and gas and a nice array of food choices nearby. Good place to cut out road trip!
This hotel was average, the service was good. The shower seemed like it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Also, I don’t know if it the walls are thin or the noise was coming through the door but we could hear a lot of noise from outside the room.
This was not what I had hoped. The room had clean sheets and towels but there were stray cheerios and a band-aid wrapper on the carpet. It made me wonder how clean the surfaces actually were. Godfather's pizza delivered direct to the room from the next door Love's station which was great. They have a small indoor pool that was a perfect way for my kids to burn some energy. The front desk staff was really friendly.
