On the first day of check-in, we had a mistake due to the Priceline app hiding specific terms and conditions of using the express deal to purchase a hotel. When we got to the hotel, there was a problem with checking in early due to the check-in time being 4 p.m., and I needed a check-in time of that day when I arrived after midnight. The hotel was more than accommodating to do an early check-in for us and waive a fee. Once getting into the room, it was exceptional in the layout and design and the view. The amenities were up to par for the price paid for the hotel room. The bathroom privacy was also built will. One downside of the room is that you do not have a microwave in the room and must use one of the microwaves on the even level floors. They have an outstanding fitness center, and access to trails is within walking distance. You also have the added benefit of being within walking distance of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and much more. I will return to this establishment very soon.

When the freeze/snowstorm hit Austin and I lost power and heat (and internet), my friend quickly booked a hotel room for me at the Hyatt, as it was the closest hotel to my house that accepted dogs. What a gift that was!nnThat week was an absolute whirlwind, but the staff and team at the Hyatt really stepped it up. The first day was rather chaotic with the masses of people and dogs arriving all flustered and lack of food deliveries. The team quickly figured out a system to ensure people had food and options - tasty options too. They were on top of every little thing. Specifically, Nick, Rob and Micah were there day-and-night, tending to our every need. They did so with an ease and a smile. I ended up needing to spend 6 days at the hotel and they were there at every turn - more storms, boil water notices, etc. It felt like my home for 1 week and I felt taken care of.nnOverall, I was really impressed. I recommend the Hyatt to anyone!! Plus the location and views are top notch.

I like it... the location is ideal. Right next to the walking trail where you can go for miles and enjoy the outdoors right next to downtown, with lots of eating and shopping close by. The room is quiet, well laid out and clean. There’s a Starbucks right in the lobby. I hope to visit in the summer and enjoy the patio and pool areas too!

I’ve stayed here 3 times this month (March 2021) for work. The staff is super helpful, the rooms are always so clean and fresh. There are plenty of linens in the room. They have a pool which is nice. And the gym has PELOTON! That totally made my day on my first stay. There’s also a nice (full size) Starbucks in the lobby too. It’s a great place.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Great river view and only a short walk to downtown. We had to leave in the middle of a really busy weekend and the hotel handled it kindly and generously. Wonderful, wonderful place.
