Wow what an amazing experience! The young lady at the front desk Brianna was sooo nice and upbeat! She really made it feel as if I was staying in a penthouse suite of my own. Honestly i wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Austin! Bravo guys! :)))

Room 329 has bugs!!! Yes tinny little bugs every where you won’t notice at first, but once you’re a good 30 min in the room you’ll start nothing they’re every where! On the bed in the carpet even the floor! On the kitchen!nWe check in late that night, we were super tire so we just went straight to bed, in our sleep we started feeling something but since we were super tire didn’t pay attention to it till the morning when we woke up We saw them every where! So we go ready quickly and left, of course I told the front desk!nShe was nice about but that’s it never staying there again!

This particular stay was in a room that has problems. I have stayed at this location a few weeks before and it was much different. This unit had a leaky kitchen faucet valve and water drained into the underside cabinet space. I also had an ant problem in the restroom. They were quick to address the ant issue and I forgot to mention the kitchen sink issues. Noise was an issue in the southwest part of the hotel, which is where I stayed. Again, the staff was quick to address the problem. Overall between the two stays I would give them four stars.

The location for this hotel was great. Near many Austin features and lots of food options near by. The hotel staff was professional, the room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a seating area and kitchen. Down side - they took out all dishes and utensils from the room, no daily cleaning service and there wasn't a gym. Understand all for safety and my fault for not checking if there was a gym!
