Nick who works downstairs in the bar area was absolutely awesome in handling an issue my bf & I had. I highly recommend this hotel on the basis that the manager really cares about his guests! Thank you Nick!
Came here around a year ago and had a great time. Pool setting was very nice and the hotel is close to most things downtown. If you do go to the pool make sure you come out early for a seat in the shade. It gets blazing hot.
Spent 450 bucks on massages and got parking validated for 3 hours. Hung out at the pool for a couple hours after and spent another 200 bucks on drinks and ended up staying 4 hours. They voided our validation and charged us 35 bucks for parking. Nickel and dime me for 35 bucks after I spend 650? Okay, won’t ever be back.
The entire staff was outwardly friendly, overtly helpful and made the stay incredible. Really, no bad marks, but I’d like to bring special attention to the bar manager Jesse who was an incredible host multiple nights to our group. Also, Mary at the front desk constantly went above and beyond, yet did so with ease and every bit a reminder it was “no problem at all”. I haven’t seen collective service at this high a level, maybe ever. Whoever hired and trains this staff needs to be applauded as well.
