Prompt attention! I wanted a Sioux Falls flag mask and the man was very helpful in showing me where they were. He was crisply dressed, professional, and wore a mask. I have no idea what he looked like.nCheckout was near the door and I felt safe! The store layout looked organized.nGood location. One size does not fit all with masks, but I can make the adjustments.
I bought a bike rack for our van and the sales person actually showed me how to install it in my van while I was there. He even allowed me to video him while he was doing it. Great customer service!Mike Austin
Spoke-n-Sport is by far the best bike shop in Sioux Falls-- and the rest of the region. Their mechanics and staff are second to none. Their owner (Chad) is an incredible asset to the community. Definitely check out Spoke-n-Sport when you're in the area.
I called the day before and spoke with Peter regarding a missing brake nut. He told me to bring it in and within five minutes of walking in the door, he fixed my problem and I was back to riding. Very professional, personal and efficient. The part cost me under $3, I highly recommend this shop.
Easy to work with. They let you know up front what the cost will be. Did a great job getting my bike tuned up and fixed.
