This was a last minute reservation and I was all over the place trying to get everything together. I had issues with my reservation via a third party and Jeff jumped right in to help out when I arrived. He is very kind, thoughtful and his customer service is unmatched!!!

I traveled to Austin during the worse winter storm. However, my hotel stay made all the difference. The manager, James R., was more than helpful and courteous. I had to extend my stay due to flight cancelations and power outages. He reduced my hotel rates significantly, stayed up all night to manually check people in (with no power), shared the refrigerated food that would've spoiled anyway, and kept the few travelers that remained spirits up.nnHe was definitely more than a manager. Kudos Fairfield Inn and give this man a raise!!
This is my hotel of choice when I visit Buda. It's clean, quiet, and comfortable. I waited years for this hotel, so I'm glad it's here!
