I love staying at this hotel when I work out of Austin. The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel hotel staff is amazing and quick to help me in any way they can.

They take dogs for $25.00 a night. Bit extreme I think.nBed was comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance & walmart close by.nNo breakfast served here though like at other hotels.nTowels are very thin & small. Only 2 per room.n$10 extra charge for using the other bed in the room, ridiculous. We didn't but still...nCould have been cleaner. Dresser top had a film on it. Very very tiny bathroom

The room had an odor that was fine after opening the window. On checkout, the manager suggested that I had been smoking cigars in the room. Not true.

I arrived on a Saturday. When I arrived customer service was fine giving me my room. The enviroment is bad there seems to be drug addicts all around. Next when I got to my room it was not in great condition. Minutes after being in my room a lady (who is not staff) knocked on my door asking how many people were in my room and how long we were going to be staying. (she looked like a drug addict.) I promptly after that went to the front desk were I spoke to a man and said I was not going to stay at the hotel and would like a refund. He said he would have to check and would be back with an answer in a few. After coming back from the back room he said i could get my refund and everything was good to go. The upcoming Monday i have a charge on my account for the room and when i called to ask why the charge was there when i was told i would get a refund the man changed his story and said because i checked in he was not going to refund my stay at all. Other than the fact the establishment itself has rooms with windows broken and is pretty rundown they also participate in shady business practices. I would stay far away. Pretty much scammed me.

Hi five ud83dudc4b And 10 stars!!!!Americas best value Inn .. Buda Tx....Everything About Service..Good customer service!!! Pricing!!! Best in town!!! During these times..Texas cold weather! Nothing to complain about Service or Hotel Rooms...I would definitely recommend Americas Best value Inn....Thank you..And will definitely be my choice and I recommend it..Definitely will be back...ud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1f 10 stars!!!!
