Had a new roof installed by Jimco several years ago. After that I spent nearly $2,000 in repairs because they did not install the shingles properly. When nailing you are supposed to nail just below the glue strip, every shingle that I picked up off the ground was nailed either directly in the glue strip or above it. I considered suing them but every lawyer I spoke with said there was no point, one said he even knew the owner and assured me he would never pay up. Go with someone else.
after my warranty for labor is up I will post all the whys...do not be fooled, these guys have zero idea what they are doing and what is the worst part- they do not care not even a little.
Watch them carefully and on a big job consider getting an engineer to approve the plans and finalize installation.
