After using Belmont roofing have had issue with leak. Repeatedly had multiple repairs to leak but leak is still present. After attempting to call company again was told it wasn't under warranty even though calls had been made since beginning of reroofing and the paperwork, they provided me, states it is under warranty.nnUltimately, I was yelled at by operator and after sternly explaining to not yell at me was hung up on and number was blocked.
We bought a house that was quite old and used these guys to help fix the beams in our attic and mount a new roof and had a great experience!
Stay away from this company. I was trying to buy a house that had roof damage, seller hired this company, all they did was tack on a few new shingles to cover up the bare spots. They didn't even bother with the massive hail damage that was all over the roof. Two other roofing companies recommended a no questions asked full roof replacement. Somehow this company thought it'd be ok to just patch a couple spots with shingles that didn't even match. Guess what you, cost that seller the contract on their house because of your extremely poor work, we terminated the contract.
Have had nothing but problems. Leaking STILL even after calling them back out. I've made SEVERAL calls just for no one to call me back. We have damage INSIDE the house. I have had to show and tell them what they have done wrong and still nothing done correct. Will be calling again in Monday l.
