At time I was expecting a child (single mom). Mr. Jason Day gave me hope and reassurance that he’ll help guide me through the process . I knew it wouldn’t be an overnight process but he gave. For starters there were turnovers with crew and the PM.nnAPRIL 25 2018, I Mentioned how guest bathroom tub kit sounded like acoustics. After pushing crew to check turned out they never replaced insulation! So Titanium construction removed tub kit installation , placed installation which eliminated the acoustics and without it my energy bill would’ve drastically increased.nnMay 7 2018 Master bathroom shower kit installation heavily leaking on right side . Pics and videos sent to Jason and PM at the time.nMay 8 2018 Tile damage master bathroom due to tub/shower surrounding removal . Discussed recoupment from that. Jason said he’d look into that .nMAY 9 2018 Sent video of shower kit flooding from right side of shower to underneath uninstalled tubnMAY 10 2018 Leak again guest bathroom vanity . As I get nearer to my delivery date the project gets further behind with no communication. On MAY 17 2018 Requested completion date . Project continued to be pushed back no response.nMAY 31 2018 After crew came to try to resolve Master Shower kit leaking, I used shower And now the water was shooting all the way to my closet! Sent more pics /videos—wasn’t resolved.nJune 2 Informed Jason that Mildew stains in closet and odor becoming unbearable . Stopped using shower . Jason also suggested that I place Mat down to prevent slipping which I did but the water was forceful that a Matt wouldn’t prevent pregnant woman from slipping.nJune 4 informed jason Knats have nested and odor is unbearable from mildew. Jason stated he has new crew and hints would be better.nJune 6 tNew crew leader Bennie tweaked shower kit and the leak from water did not go back as far as had . Bennie mentioned the previous workers didn’t properly install ptrap and he had to rig things in hopes of fixing the shower kit. See pic Bennie took with his own phine.nJune 9 While in hospital ,my mom noticed water leaking ,again ,in one of master vanitiesnJUNE 18 And June 19 Messages to Jason re unresolved issues —no response until June 20 at 3:04pm.nJuly 3 Reached out to jason again re unresolved issues no response.July 9Reached out to jason again re unresolved issues —no response.nJULY 10 Received a response after several unanswered messages .nJuly 13 Still unresolved issuesnJuly 15 PAGE 36 New crew leader sent Named Ray states pan and drain weren’t properly installed. Ray stabilized the pan which felt a little more comfortable standing in shower .ray also fixed the leaking vanity stating that it was not properly installed . He mentioned a washer was missing in master vanity ud83dude1f. my daughter and I took shower later that night for 20 minutes each and no issue with leaks, including the master vanity .nJason then states the issue is not With shower even after spending money for plumbers to inspect tub and he also stated he would not bring anyone to repair the shower surroundings that Ray took down to correct issue. Nor will he replace the water stained closet and carpet or any other issues although I have warranty with his company !!n10/2018 I Paid $600 to have shower kit and surroundings installed . Also for nails and wood in closets to be removed so that I or my children don’t cut ourselves .nnThe company placed down the engineered flooring in living room . I mentioned to them how the front entryway was bumpy and isn’t aligned. One of the crew came and nailed it down and I was told floor needs time to set . To date the front still feels bumpy and it feels uncomfortable to walk on as if been down over 15 yrsnnI must spend $3000 to fix the faulty installations which unfortunately I CANNOT afford. My home is my first investment and I’m so stressed about this whole faulty project . I’ll never recommend Titanium Construction to anyone.
