With being new to the home buying experience I had probably a thousand questions and they answered every single question I had, thoroughly. They had exceptional customer service and was by far the kindest property owners I’ve spoken to during my home hunting. They walked me through each home she had as well as all the amenities and was extremely patient while helping myself, a first time buyer. This community really has chosen a great staff member!
They need to trim and cut down more trees. Too many trees, your car gets covered in sap and leaves and branches. More visitor parking would be nice so we aren't threatened with towns all the time. And a tornado shelter would be great since the mobile home community in OK owned by the same company has one.nOtherwise, pretty good. The office and maintenance guys are friendly.
It's a great place to live. Quiet. People are friendly. People are outside with their kids while they play. The only draw back is hauling your trash to a dumpster. And a lot of feral cats.
My daughter and her husband and their 2 small children live in this community. It is absolutely wonderful and it is quiet and peaceful and has a beautiful swimming pool! Also a nice playground for the children. The manager Daisy, is awesome as well. She is there to meet the needs of the community members. She has helped my daughter and her husband get their first home. They are so happy. I would recommend this community to everyone!
