I have lived here for over 15 years now and it is one of the greatest places to live! Janice is super friendly and a joy to have as a park manager! Chris Willis the maintenance man is AWESOME and works so hard to keep our park beautiful! Keep up the great work guys! Y'all are truly appreciated! Thank you for everything you do for our community!
We have lived in this community for over 10 years. A great quite community. The staff is top notch. From manager to maintenance. Chris does a great jod staying on top of anything that arises. Both are very professional and willing to help in anyway they can..
Mrs. Janice is a wonderful park manager. She's been very helpful and understanding of our situation and works with us any time we've needed help. We've never had any issue that can't be solved with her help. Would most definitely recommend owning a place managed by her to anyone looking for a new home here in the park.
I own a home in Thousand Oaks. We have been here for a little over three years now. The park manager Janice has an awesome open door policy and is always available to chat. She takes care of things within her power in a timely and professional manner. The maintenance person is Chris and again he’s very professional and works hard to keep up with all aspects of the job here.. Wether it’s 110 degrees or freezing like we had in January, Chris is out there taking care of business..
Great place, lots of family and good for kids. I just want to add, the maintenance man here Chris does a heck of a job here. He's helped us out quite a few times and seems to be a very knowledgeable man!
