We are stayed here with my family for my long vacation trip. our stay was excellent. we felt extremely satisfied with our room. So comfortable, clean & great customer services. We have no issues at all when it comes to their services. Thanks again, Highly recommended place for staying!
One of the best resort I have visited till now. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. Our stay at the hotel was 3 days. It was amazing experience. We enjoyed our stay. I absolutely had a most relaxing and fun filled time staying in Courtesy Inn.
I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! Its really like they thought of everything and definitely will back there and will recommend to my friends also.
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m on a business trip in the area and showed up - after calling to verify vacancy - at 3:30am and was read the riot act about paying a deposit that *may* be paid back if I don’t smoke in the room. I’ve never smoked a day in my life.nnThe Indian fellow working the window (at 3:30am on 04.04.2021) was rude and curt. I asked a clarifying question about their policy and he slammed the window on me and yelled through the glass that there are hotels down the road and I should try them because I’m not welcome here. He should be fired posthaste.nnTo be clear, this isn’t my first rodeo - so to speak. I’m a Diamond Member with Hyatt and a top tier traveler with Marriott and a sundry of others. I stay in hotels over 200 nights a year...I know of what I speak. Avoid this place like the plague. I think they are an hourly spot for “entertainment” and thought I was a police officer.nnThe office looked and smelled awful. I’ll be contacting corporate in the hopes that the rectify the issue.nnTo be clear: I’m not looking for any recompense or benefit and there is nothing they can do to gain my trust for another stay. So this isn’t a review aimed at getting something for free.nnFire that guy.
We stayed at the Courtesy Inn for 2 nights and we loved every second of it. My wife and I stayed in a room that property was beautiful. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived. The staff is delightful and friendly, I would highly recommend this place.
