Wonderful experience. Everyone at the front desk was so nice and curteous. Maryola(sorry if I spelled her name wrong) made amazing breakfast and was very kind and caring. The sausage, eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. Everything was great.Thank you so much!
Very disappointed this trip. We normally make this our go to hotel when we travel every month but, after this last trip we won’t be back. 6 am fire alarm goes off waking everyone up. Then during the day the power goes out breaking the elevator. We stayed on the third floor so taking our luggage down was a nightmare especially after having to climb all those stairs after playing softball all day!! No one offered an apology for the chaotic weekend or cared to know about our stay.
By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. Renee at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, kind, patient, and professional. Helped with anything we needed. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Usually I have issues sleeping in hotels but the beds/sheets/pillows are just perfect! The whole hotel is gorgeous and kept very clean and they offer a variety of amenities that make your hotel stay relaxed. Can’t stay enough good things about this hotel. We will definitely use them in the future if we come back to Mansfield! Thank you Holiday Inn and especially Renee!
The staff here are always amazing and I've never had a bad experience here. The food is always unique and well put together. Highly recommended!
Hotel is excellent, with friendly staff who were exceedingly accommodating when we ran into a small emergency while driving through the area. I can’t thank them enough for the help and for having a comfortable place to stay for us.
