Went there looking for hand brakes for my boys bicycle and a cable, left with both things plus a bugle bike horn. The customer service was excellent and the guy and lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m going to keep coming back and I will recommend this bike shop to anyone. Thank you

Dropped off my Santa Cruz bike on Monday for a lot of work. New rear cassette, chain and a dropper post. Jeff is getting it all installed and going to have it ready by Friday so I can ride this weekend. I keep coming back to this place for the excellent work and service they offer. Also prices are very competitive vs. online prices.

New to Mansfield area and dropped in to get my bike checked after a fall. Even though Jeff had appointments—he worked me in and was very professional and friendly. Prices are competitive as well. This is definitely my go-to bike shop now.

Originally, I planned to buy some headset spacers for my bike so I could adjust the height of the handlebars, but was advised that headset spacers would not achieve the desired purpose, and that a stem riser would better fit my needs. I deal with severe back pain everyday due to spondylolisthesis in my lumbar spine, and multiple slipped disks in my cervical spine, and need to be extra careful when cycling; so, anything I can do to put less stress on my spine is greatly appreciated.nnI'm also very thankful that they offered to work within my budget since I was hoping that my ~$24 budget would be able to get me by. With my original plan being to buy headset spacers - and the fact that my cocktail of other health conditions have kept my unemployed for the past three years - the fact that they offered to adjust the $30 price tag to fit my needs means a lot to me. They didn't have to go that far for a complete stranger, and I wouldn't have thought any worse of them if they hadn't. If I'm able to afford it in the future, I plan to go back with a higher budget.
