I had to pick up my hubby’s medicine (5) Saturday he had a massive heart attack. Doctor had already sent his prescriptions to CVS on W Seminary and when I went to pick up a young girl “Becky” asked if I had insurance or coupons I said no and she said can you give me 15 mins to find some coupons for you I of course agreed. I came back and low and behold she said just one of his medicine was 100 bucks and let’s just say Becky did an amazingly job and found great coupons and saved me some money I did not really have to begin with. The most amazing part was Becky did not even know who I was nor I did not know her either so if she did this for me I know she had done this for many others so this is to her manager I hope Becky is recognized for the amazing customer service she has I just wish we had more of Becky’s in this world. Thank You for the bottom of my heart ❤ufe0f Becky you really don’t know how much you helped us out!

Pharmacy has bad customer service. Picks up the phone and puts you on hold for longer than 10 minutes. When they answer the phone they say hold and never come back on. This is very unprofessional and no one should have to deal with a pharmacy like this. Matter of fact its most CVS pharmacys. Very sad

This is one of the dirtiest and nastiest CVS I have ever been to. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a month and hasn’t been cleaned for a lot longer. The floors obviously don’t get swept or mopped. Went to the pharmacy area and the shelves were extremely disorganized and difficult to find what I was looking for. Either the manager doesn’t care or isn’t there enough to see that the employees are not doing their jobs.

I love this CVS when I moved here from Dallas they made my transition medications very easy to get and service was fast and the pharmacist was very nice and professional.ud83dude0a

I left the doctor to go give the pharmacy my discount card and when I arrived my prescriptions were ready and they already applied a discount card! Really fast service and nice staff at the pharmacy! They even explained the discount to me which was great!
