It's a great bike shop by any standard. I have bought 3 bikes here. TREK. Is an exceptional quality bike and Simpson's is the only local dealer. Sales staff is very product-savvy. There is no heavy handed sales push. They sell all the other do-dah to make riding safe and enjoyable.nnService is great. Mechanics know the intricacies of the many products on the market, not just the house brand. They have brought some very old bikes back to life.nnOwner and staff are very involved with bike trail construction and maintenance in ET. In fact, there is a test track at the shop.nnIf you want value for money spent, this is the place.
I found Simpson’s after buying several bikes from another shop in town. I called the other shop about buying a new bike early this year but the owner told me he was too busy to talk and said he would call me the next day but never did. I went to Simpson’s not knowing anything about it and left with a new bike that day that has been perfect. I have had only wonderful experiences at Simpson’s ever since. Laurie and Justin are very knowledgeable and have always been willing to help with anything. They keep the products they sell (bikes and accessories) in stock instead of ordering things online for you like other shops. We are lucky to have this shop in Tyler, and I highly recommend you choose Simpson’s when trying to decide where to go.
I’ve been doing business with Simpson’s for more than twenty years. They have always been very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. If you have a bicycle need, I highly recommend giving them a visit. I think you will turn into a long time customer.
Ive known Owner for over 20 years and his store and employees have been the cut above all shops in this county. Ive frequented his shop regularly and have seen him out of his shop too. Always friendly, smart and courteous. I enjoy his demeanor and joking as we are both in the same age group and have similar health concerns. Exercise and Good diets make us what we are. Hooyargh!
