Nice place, all gravel parking. Offers concrete pads for campers, and has laundromat on-site. Space between spots kinda close. Not a bad place for working on the road. Really close to SDI site in Sinton Texas.

So far so good! Nice and dry. Brand new water, electric and sewer. Very clean. Glenda is a really great lady and helpful. She keeps an eye on everything and I think it's going to be a safe place to be. I looked at 6 RV parks before I got here and they're either in the hood, by a railroad track, too close together or muddy.

Have a friend that lives here. Asked to rent a spot for overnight hook up and they wanted to charge me for a months rent or $100 a night. Just needed 120v power and access to necessary house. Disappointed

Only problem is Google maps doesn't take you to the entrance but other than that it's a great place to stay good prices and good ppl
