For starters, I work here in the pharmacy, so yeah i love it! Mike and Debbie Jackson are wonderful people and go way beyond for the patients in this community. Everyone that works here is always friendly with the customers. Even before i worked here i was filling my and my grandparents prescriptions, always got the best cash price for my prescriptions and friendliest service from real and knowledgeable pharmacists. If you don't fill prescriptions here now, come let us show you the difference in chain pharmacies versus hometown pharmacies. We offer in town prescription deliveries, a soda fountain known for famous grapefruit highballs, and many other services. We even have an app to fill your prescriptions with if you can't call!

Oh, man what a wonderful place!!! The staff and people we met in the store were so friendly. The Grapefruit High Balls were soooo good. I would have loved a refill but knew I needed to stop or I would become addicted. The store offered a really nice selection and a great variety of gifts and other items. If only I could move that store, those people and the Grapefruit High Balls a little closer to where I live.

I was in town visiting my mother when a minor illness popped up. The nurse practitioner at Texas Quick Care recommend getting the prescription filled at San Augustine Drug. It was a wonderful experioence. I hadn't been in the store since I was little girl. The pharmacist took the insurance information and filled the prescription quickly. He gave me his card and told me to call him at anytime if I had any questions. I highly recommend them.
