The stay was okay basically you get what you pay for. The front desk staff was very friendly but the housekeepers seem to be kind of grouchy. The room itself was not very clean. The floors were so dirty that we had to take a clean towel and some water and clean them ourselves because our kids feet were black. Our trash was not taken out like I should have been everyday so we set it outside the door noticing that almost every other person had done the same. All in all I just think the housekeepers need to step up their game and it wouldn't be bad.
The table wasn't attached to the wall so if you leaned on it too hard it flip over and you lose all your stuff you had on the wall the transition going from the bathroom to the hallway was not securely fastened and it was a trip hazard. The room was overall dirty and could have been cleaned a lot better matter fact had to borrow the brain from housekeeping just to sweep the floor in order to be walking around in my stocks not very pleased even though it was cheap not highly recommended thank you Fritz case
this was the best place in waco for a last minute choice!!! had great customer service & room was very clean & comfortable!! definitely coming here again!
It's alright place for a cheaper price but who ever they have cleaning rooms needs a few mopping lessons I had to get snappy water and towel and the amount of dirt on it was nasty on the cool but other than that they not bad
Roaches and fleas everywhere. There is no shampoo or soap. The fridge light up but does not cool so anything you buy cant be kept. It smells like smoke and vomit
