WoodSpring Suites Waco

The customer service was great, super friendly and helpful at the desk. I was shocked after leaving the desk to walk through this place. It smells awful, in the halls before going to your room. They only had one room available and it was in smoking. We had to take it because my husband and daughter were in a motorcycle and it was pouring rain. We can get over the smell of smoke but it was the room with a bed that someone clearly was chilling in because the bed was not made ip fully. Then the cherry on top were the cockroaches. I just can not deal with that. I do not recommend, look elsewhere.

Stayed 2 weeks and everything was great for me. Great location and that is when the worst winter weather hit Waco and noone was delivering anything but I was so close to everything that it was only a minutes walk. Very happy with this hotel

The customer service and the staff were great here! Mike (the Manager) was friendly, hospitable, and very accomodating! Also, the location is walking distance from a supermarket. I really appreciated the professionalism of the team that works here. They helped to make my stay in Waco nice!

I really did enjoy my stay in Waco the staff was great Ms.Terri and Mike were great ,Mrs.Terri always went way beyond her job always smiling and take her job to the max .Thank u guys for everything.

I've been staying here with my family for a year and a half now as extended stay customer and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone at all! I've been disrespected, over charged during a pademic, and harassed over a $40 payment (mind you once again I've been here a year and a half)! This last thing just put the icing on the cake for me, the electricity has been off here the past 3 days which made my family and I have to leave and go pay to stay at another hotel! Then when we returned we were told by the worker there was no water! There's no back up generators nothing we were told there was nothing they could do which is not the bad part the bad part is when we returned today we were told we had to pay a balance for the days we had to leave due to no electricity! That is just another thing to show that this place does not care about the customers here and especially for anyone that's been paying their money to this company for almost 2 years! I have paid this place $16,972 and still getting treated like dirt on the street! Talking to the general manager is just like talking to the wall because if you're a woman or african american he's not showing you any respect! They have took down the 800 number to call and when I have asked to speak to someone over him I'm told this is his hotel and he has no boss! I'm so ready for my circumstances to change so I can get my family and I away from this place! I wasn't going to write a review due to the fact I still stay here and didn't want any retaliation from the staff but enough is enough!
