Don't know. They wanted too much for the pet deposit.
Nice location. Pretty clean and seems safe. It would have been nice to know there is a $35 non-refundable pet deposit!
The place looks nice but they don’t enforce masks at all, there were ants in our room, mostly dead. However some decided to come sleep with us... not very comforting?? The pool is also not as clean as one would hope it to be.
Maybe I lucked out with a great room!nVery spacious, king bed with very comfortable bedding (extra blanket in the closet) and 5 pillows, couch in a semi separated living area, big flat screen, desk with rolling chair, full body mirror, great lighting, lots of outlets that include USB ports, kitchenette, nice shower/toilet room, separate sink area with hair dryer, full closet with iron. I really enjoyed my stay. I've been to one other location near San Antonio and after being spoiled here, I was disappointed. I'll go back to this one when I'm in the area for sure.nnThe only thing I didn't like was the eye lashes found on the bedside table from a previous guest. Made me wonder about clean the room could be, plus the hand prints on the window...nnFor a 2 star hotel, it's very much worth it.
Hotel was very very clean. I have stayed here couple of times and every time I sleep like a baby. They just put the new mattresses in all the rooms as well. Very nice hotel and their pool is amazing.
