I stay to myself and cause no trouble.nDon't go outside much unless I go over my mom's.
I stayed here for about 2 months. The people are nice. They do their own upkeep and hire someone who lives there to do housekeeping and maintenance around the place. You have to clean your own room, and fix anything that needs repair. My room had bedbugs and I treated twice. Roaches, and mice are your room buddies as well. If your looking for just about anything to live in and don't care about much, stay here. If you want your $20 deposit back, you better clean the room better than how you first got it. If this place got a health or code inspector, I'm sure they would fail. The rates are a bit higher than what they should charge.
It's a good place to have a good fling they charge hourly $20 for an hour
They assigned me room 105, the front door was in need of repair and the deadbolt lock would not lock from the outside. They claimed there were no other rooms available so I was stuck with that one. During my stay someone broke into my room and stole my cellphone, wallet and 3 month old puppy while I was at work. Management refused to assist police in the investigation or accept any type of accountability for my door being easily accessible and a safety hazard.
Great prices, quiet, had a roach problem that I solved myself. Not a bad spot.
