Honestly, it's a solid place to rent at extended stay. Currently living at the Delta Inn for almost 2 full months. Overall I have stayed in 3 rooms. Despite a few needed repairs, the rooms I have stayed in were quite clean and fairly bug free.. I have seen and killed a total of 4 roaches in 2 months, no bed bugs. At less than $200 a week, its worth it in my situation.
There is no rating low enough for this place. They might be cheap but it's just bad neighborhood and the rooms are so nasty. Alot of police activity.
This place is definitely a cheapest place in Waco there's no pool and a lot of people live there
Pretty nice. Good for those whose on a budget or fixed income. But need to explain motel payment rules a little more clearly for new customers. Other than that its a pretty decent place.
They have fleas and have very dirty furniture. I've got bit six times in one night
