Very nice Hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful.nI've stayed here on several occasions.nI had some car issues and Amanda was very helpful in finding a repair shop.nDefinitely will be staying again.nI have met the general manager and he is truly a good person.
It had been a while since I've been at this property and I'm very glad I stopped in here. I got a room on the back side away from the interstate it was nice clean quiet had a wonderful night's sleep. It's a shame that they still don't do any type of breakfast other than a to go bag but there again most places in Waco are still scared of this fake pandemic. We'll see how it goes with Governor Abbott's new non-mask mandate so hopefully the hotels will get back to normal. I will start staying again at this hotel.
The lady that helped the guy check us in was very attentive to detail amd helpful. The guy she helped needs to listen and relax. The payment was in clear view already on the counter to take and pay and he asked how were we going to pay. The girl answered a question for us and then he said the same thing a few minutes later. Drop the que card and relax. The location was nice and clean. Carpet needs replacing but a nice location. If we r ever in the area again and need a room we will happily go back.
What a great hotel with a very professional staff . I’m on my epic bike journey around Texas and stopped here for my 2 day tour of Waco . Thank you for great service
