Not so happy. Had a king room reservation. Upon arrival found out it was given away and we were given the handicap king room. In the bathroom the electrical outlet the whole box was pulling out from the wall. The shower head was a hand held and would fall out if you touch it and hose on it at head was kinked so low water flow. I would like some compensation on this one. Was told manager would call, nothing yet. 10000 point would be good to start.
The rooms were clean, the kids enjoyed the pool, and the complimentary breakfast was okay; but really what made our stay so special was the front desk clerk, Courtney! I accidentally messed up our booking and she was more than happy to fix it, she helped direct us to our room and happily explained any and all questions we had. We will be staying here on our next trip to Waco!
I usually love the Hilton brand. However the last stay at this Hampton Inn in Waco Tx was the worst. We tried 2 rooms and both were filthy to the point we left. The manager agreed to let us out with no charge. As we were leaving, another gentleman was showing pictures of his dirty room. I stopped and asked if he also had a dirty room. He did and we had a conversation for a bit. Yet, this hotel was no way close to a Hilton brand.

Clean room, well kept. Didn’t give 5 stars because their breakfast choices due to pandemic were pretty slim. We went to Cracker Barrel nearly next door. It was great.
