Night audit personnel was not at front desk when we arrived.nChecked us in begrudgingly. Mask under her nose.nRude. Short. Tacky (threw my card back on the desk instead of placing it and explaining why).nnRoom is disgusting. I'm still in it. Just changed my own sheets. Had to go get them because Tamika couldn't be bothered to bring them, because she was doing paper work. Her tone is not the best reflection on the Marriott brand.nCheck out the pictures that I took upon arrival (about 15 min ago).nnThis room was never cleaned. She said they were fully booked and didn't even offer to change the room. Again, her tone lacked sympathy and professionalism. Where else can we go at 4a?nnI hope Mr. Lopez addresses the many staffing issues here (customer service and house keeping).

The overall reviews are misleading. I normally stay at Marriott hotels as a member. This hotel is fairly new. HOWEVER, it is NASTY. From the room (had unflushed urine in toilet and pubic hair on toilet when we arrived, nasty substances on walls, no liners in trashcans, etc) to the staff who were beyond rude for no reason whatsoever. Half the time they were nowhere to be found. The only exception was the kind receptionist who checked us in. Everyone else was just out of their way to be rude and nasty and we never complained once. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place was very dirty and was over run by homeless folks. Always hanging out in front smoking. It's a new hotel as of this writing and appears to be 6-8 years old. The room doors all close very forcefully and create a thunderous boom!, every time they close. Not what I would normally expect from a TownePlace Suites. Keep looking. Staff was friendly.

At check in it took about 20 min. When we got to the rooms there was hair in the shower and on the floor, Urine on the toilet, and the sheets we not clean either. I went down stairs and asked for clean sheets, told the clerk about the stains and she responded with “what did you do to them, they were not like that”. I had to wait almost 30 minutes because the (PM Shift)front desk lady said she had to answer the phone, she even waited when it was not ringing. Later on that day my children and I got in the elevator and there was the same Front Desk Clerk.. I told my kids to scoot all the way over and then the lady scooted right next to my daughter, smiled and said “well since everyone is coming to this side I wanna come too”. I was very uncomfortable and with COVID.. well you understand! Her mask was not following the proper Marriott health protocols! Later that night around 11 I went to go ask for coffee creamers and there was another lady there, she said “if there’s none on the counter then there’s is no more” I asked politely if she could check under the cabinets. She gave a sigh and went to go look and there was creamer. The next morning my brother in-law went to go asked for towels and the Front Desk Clerk (different clerk) responded with a very sharp attitude “oh we are not having this! You need to bring the dirty towels first, we ain’t just giving towels”. This experience was awful. My family came to this hotel because it was the only available online due to the winter storm. We were also tired and frustrated but no one deserves to be treat with such low manors when your the guest! My family works in hospitality and this was the type of experience I would NEVER expect from a Marriott property!
