We have been coming to Kingsland/Lake LBJ every summer for the past 10 years. 1st, Lake LBJ is an amazing vacation area and will be coming back every year. LBJ has changed alot with much more rental selections than 10 yrs ago.nnI will say this place is by far the best vacation home I have been to the past 10 years and this place is less expensive than other places we have rented.nnSunset/Sunrise AMAZING from the upper deck. Great room is bright, clean, open with amazing views from the giant windows. Deck is Huge. Upper deck is large. Jumping platform was nice. Slide was AMAZING - Wide like the theme parks and OPEN. Most slides in the area are closed and can be claustrophobic.nnBackyard was large, lawn well cared for, and SHADED throughout the day for people who want a cool area. Want to get a suntan - There are areas for that too.nnHouse has 2 AC units (amazing for a 4 bedroom home) so you can keep the bedrooms at a different temperature than the living area. The bedrooms/bathrooms were modern, beds comfortable, away from the great room so quiet.nnThere is nothing more I can say but our kids still can't talking about this home.

We had 3 family and total of 12 people. This house was amazing, something you see in magazines. This is in a quiet neighborhood on the lake with less boat traffic. As we Vacation rental often, the owners thought about everything a family needs. No Carpet = no allergies. Back yard is shaded ALL day for the kids to play with all the large trees = A RARE find. Foam mattress on all beds with foam pillows throughout = Amazing sleep. Two AC units, one for the bedrooms and one for the living/kitchen = Great night sleep. The renovations are modern, smartly done. Kitchen stocked for more than 12 people. Open kitchen for everyone to have a comfortable seat. SHADED outdoor patio with nice breeze. Amazing boat dock/deck that is huge. Every place in this property is amazing, comfortable, clean. Views from the family room, kitchen, dining was spectacular. 5 Kayaks, Lilly Pad, Lake Sitting Bench, Fire Pit, Ample Parking, Quite Street. There are countless small touches you don't see in other rentals. We will be back.
I have been to lake LBJ yearly and this is probably the nicest place. Modern, large family room, comfortable foam mattress throughout, crib, stocked kitchen, Flat screen TV, fast internet, DirecTV, kayaks, lilly pad, beautiful dock with great sunset/rise, large patio, large dock with upper deck, boat lift, large flat back yard. Biggest hit was indoor pingpong table with plenty of room to play. Will be back.
WOW, You will not be disappointed!!!!! What a beautiful home in a beautiful & quite part of lake LBJ. Modern and completely updated. Bedrooms in one area so people can sleep apart from the family area. Beds are all foam mattresses and comfortable.nLiving/family area/kitchen in another part of the home. Open Open Open floor plan so large gatherings do not feel crowded.nBack yard is fully shaded all day long, LARGE pecan trees line the back yard.nThe Back Yard is perfect!!!! Large deck outside the back door. Nice large grassy backyards. HUGE dock with boat lift and jet ski lifts. Spacious upper deck over boat lift to enjoy coffee, drinks, sunset/sunrise.nKids loved the sandbox and Fire pit to roast marshmallows!!!!nHouse has everything. Smart Tvs, updated appliances, 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Property manager was responsive and thoughtful in every way.
