The service from the front desk and house keeping was great, very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Other than an occasional door slammed by another guest the room was very quiet.nThe bathrooom had a stale odor that I, after a while, realized was from the water itself. It was not intolerable, just unusual compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The small refrigerator and micro wave oven came in handy. It was a comfortable place to stay.

I made my reservation for a room online during the snow storm as my RV lost power and was 40 degrees inside. I am 8 months pregnant with 3 kids and couldn't stay in our home. I have been an honors member for years, so I quickly made the reservations as it said there were 2 rooms left. We immediately called the hotel to ensure they had power. We told the lady on the phone we made a reservation online and was just calling to ensure there was power and we were told there was power but no water. My family would freeze in our home without power, so I was ok with that. We drove an hour to get there in icy conditions and arrived before check-in time so we asked if we could check in early. The woman at the front desk told us they were not honoring any online reservations at this time and we could line up at check in time and try to get a room then if there were any left (first come first serve). I had to argue with the woman just to get a room. A poor old woman in the lobby came and offered her second bed to me and my family of 5 since they wouldn't give me a room even though they had 2 left that were empty. She finally gave me a room, but by then I was in tears and so upset. So many families were freezing without power and water and they were withholding rooms for what reason? She then charged me regular room rates instead of honors member rates, but by that point I was just happy to have shelter for my kids. A company that doesn't care about people during a crisis doesn't deserve your business.... pick a different hotel if you have the option!

They need to put skid stuff down in the tubs. Very slick. Other than that everything else was great.

Nice hotel, clean rooms good service. Internet was just a little flacky but serviceable. Breakfast was good but typical Hampton, however the waffle maker was available which I liked. We would stay again if in the area.

Worst experience ever. Had a room booked for the 27th and checkout the 28th. Showed up to check in and they said we were supposed to check in on the 26th. I showed them the confirmation email they sent and they didn't care. They didn't have any rooms and gave ours away for a no show. Also, they billed our card for not showing up. I have had to jump through hoops just to get them to refund back the charges that weren't supposed to be charged. When asked what they were going to do about the situation, all we got was a sorry and you will have to find a different place to stay. Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. No sympathy for the customer when it was their screw up. I finally got Nikie to respond and asked what they were going to do to make it right. They gave me a whopping 10k Hilton honor points which equates to about $50. If they would have just paid my room at a different location, then this review would have been different. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to make things right, and they didn't. There are plenty other places to stay in Kerrville, and I would drive to the next town before staying here. Below is the email confirmation they sent to me. They had no answer to it, except sorry we will not honor that and you need to find somewhere else.
