This shop has been providing great service both choosing the right bike as well as service. I bought my now late-20 something kids bikes from them in 1999. Same wonderful place today.
Took my son's Walmart bike wheel in since we changed 3 flats in 2 weeks and were unable to figure out what the problem was. They diagnosed the problem and fixed his tire/wheel in under 10 minutes. Was pleasantly surprised as they are a high end bike store. They will now have my family's business when it comes to purchasing bikes.
Been a frequent customer for over a year they are very knowledgeable but extremely rude on every occasion. The owner is always very helpful and respectful but his wife is externally rude. One star due to lack of respect and poor customer service will not be going back, rather take my bike to fredricksburg
