The owner Mr. Mike is very genuine and helpful! He will secure your stay without hesitating. It’s been tough trying to find something because of Hurricane Laura and he knew we had been looking for space since we traveled for work! Thanks to his help we didn’t have to sleep in our car! Very caring and nice people! The room is comfortable and no one bothers you.
Heaters need to be taken off the preset temperatures that don’t exceed 54 degrees in the winter. It’s extremely cold and I’m in the second room with the same issue. I called and the front desk said all the heaters or the same way in each room. The temp is below 17 and this is unacceptable if each room is like this. They should post a sign that lets people know that the heat doesn’t work. He’s sleeping good in the office and a refund doesn’t fix the issue here. Fix the heat regardless to how much you’re charging per night. If I’m checking in at 3 am to sleep and up for check out at 11:00 am the last thing I need to be worrying about is the heater not working in multiple rooms.
I don't hate it because I've only delivered food here, never stayed in a room.
