Service From John Was Amazing! Very Friendly & Willing To Help With Everything! I Would Recommend Anyone To Stay Here Rooms Are Very Clean & Beds Comfortable! You Couldn’t Stay At A Better Place! Plus Right Off Of Interstate 10 & By Some Good Restaurant Along With Movie Theatre Close By!!
Do not waste your money. We are a family that stays in a hotel 3-4 times a month for travel baseball. This is by far the worst we have stayed in. We paid greater than $130/night for this location and realistically this is a $49 /night type of room. After checking in we were told they had no elevators. So lugging suitcases, ball bags, wagon up the stairs that was no easy task. Then the hallway reeked of marijuana and our room was even worse odor of cigarette smoke. I called the front desk and was advised all rooms were nonsmoking and nothing she could do. Then there was very little hot water for showers so we had to take showers together so everyone could have a quick rinse of hot water. Last to top things off the toilet clogged. You just will be disappointed. Save your money.
First, take this review into consideration that I’m comparing it with an AWFUL experience at The Grand Hotel Spindletop. I had to find a last minute hotel at 4am. They were amazing and understanding, and gave us a discounted rate for the first night. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable, and staff was very attentive. Would definitely stay here again if we ever work in Beaumont again. I was just so happy and relieved to have a decent place to stay. The area was nice, we had the best food while staying here.
